DIVERSE ABILITIES, POWERFUL STORIES
We publish writing that foregrounds disability experiences in all their complexity. We want to challenge assumptions and contribute to the transformation happening around how disability is represented in literature.
Two Spoon Press publishes an annual literary journal showcasing work by disabled writers.

Bravery comes in many forms.
In this debut issue of Two Spoon Press Journal, eleven writers and artists offer something much rarer than heroism: they offer us their truth. Here, courage is not measured in grand gestures, but by the daily act of taking up space in a world that is often disabling.
These pages hold poetry that moves between specialists and waiting rooms, prose that explores psychiatric wards, art born from dreams, a boy dissected by relentless questions, and a puzzle of Australia, pieced together and swept away.
None of these contributors are performing bravery. They are simply being it.
Featuring:
Jake Dennis
Stephanie Dennis
Judith Huang
Maggie Van Putten
Eira Vale
Tim Loveday
Caitlin Kotula
Christine Burrows
Deanne Leber
Jewel Ocean
Tayla Richardson
